Application range

  • The super fine powder roller mill is suitable for crushing brittle materials with hardness ≤6, such as heavy calcium, wollastonite, kaolin, hematite, talc, barite, feldspar, slag and other materials. It is required that the feed size is not more than 10mm, and the moisture content is less than 10%.
  • Ultra fine grinding mill can also apply for ultrafine crushing of short fiber materials without colloids. Such as wood flour processing. The feed size is not more than 2mm and the moisture content is less than 3%.

The powder grinder mill uses the principles of impact, squeezing and grinding to crush materials. There is a large adjustable gap between the grinding roller and the pin shaft installed on the star rack. When the star rack revolves with the main shaft, the grinding roller rotates by centrifugal force. And it presses against the inner wall of the grinding ring, which forms a kind of grinding force. When the material passes through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, it would crush by the impact and grinding of the grinding rollers.

Under the action of wind, the crushed materials would bring into the powder separator for powder selection. The qualified fine powder enters the collection system through the grading equipment of ultra fine powder mill. Unqualified coarse materials fall into the crushing chamber again for grinding until it is qualified.

The super fine powder roller mill production line includes primary crushing machine, bucket elevator, material bin, feeding machine, micro powder roller mill, cyclone collector, deduster, air blower and so on.

When micro powder roller grinding mill machine plant is working, the materials would crush by primary crusher firstly. After the materials broken into less than 10 mm, they lift to the material bin by bucket elevator. Then the feeder evenly sends them into the micro powder grinding mill for grinding. The qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone collector and the deduster with the wind. After collection, the finished product would discharge through the discharge valve.

The contact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring of ultra fine grinding equipment is a non-rigid contact. The gap is filled with a layer of crushed material. The gap between the grinding ring and the pin shaft is large, and the current reflected in the spindle motor will not trip due to excessive feeding. During commissioning, under the premise of ensuring the fineness of the product, it should gradually increased. If the feed is too rapid, the feed in and out of the material will be imbalance, and the feed rate will decrease instead. And there will be coarse powder carried out, the product size is not uniform.

After stopping the feeding, there are still materials in the crushing cavity of micro powder roller grinding mill machine plant. All these stored materials must be crushed and discharged before the machine is stopped to make the next start-up smooth. Generally, after stopping the feeding, the machine should turn on for about 5 minutes. In the event of a sudden power failure, first turn on the motor coupling by hand before turning it on, turn it flexibly and then power on. If it is severely stuck, it should be turned on to clean the material.
