Factors to be considered when choosing crusher

Different types of materials have different hardness. In general, the greater the hardness, the higher the crushing difficulty coefficient. For crushing hard or medium-hard stone materials, jaw crushing equipment should select as the primary crusher machine. When crushing medium-hard or soft stones, cone, counter-attack or hammer crushers could apply directly.

If the size of the material is large, a jaw crusher can apply as the primary crusher for sale; when the size of the material is small and the customer needs different specifications of the stone, the combined crushing equipment should select as the secondary crusher machine. Jaw crusher as primary crusher and secondary crusher

Jaw crusher is the first choice of crushing equipment. It generally serve as coarse and medium crushing of hard and medium-hard rocks, and crushing various materials with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa. Therefore, it is usually used as primary crusher.

Primary jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable work, easy maintenance, and economical operating costs. Therefore, it has a widely application in many sectors such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries.

Primary jaw crusher uses the squeezing and bending action of the two jaw plates to complete the work. The crushing structure consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaws are close, the material is broken. And when the two jaws leave, the material blocks smaller than the discharge opening discharge from the bottom.

Jaw crusher often applies as a primary crusher, but also as a secondary jaw crusher application. It could divide into PE series jaw crusher and PEX series jaw crusher. PE series jaw crusher applies to primary crusher mining because it is more properly useful on coarse crushing. We usually choose PEX series jaw crusher when we need crushing medium materials.

Hammer crusher

Hammer crusher is mainly applicable to stone crushing in the building materials industry, highway and railway construction, and other industries that use stone materials. Impact crusher machine

The impact crusher is a primary crusher and secondary crusher machine that uses impact power to crush materials.
