The number of swings of cone crusher

The number of swings of the cone crusher is one of the key factors affecting the capacity of the crusher.

Due to the limitation of the working pressure angle of the crushing cavity and the parallel discharging area, the crushed material is discharged along the conical slope mainly by gravity and vibration. When the number of rotations of the main shaft increases, the material is easily discharged. However, too many rotations are not conducive to discharging material. And sometimes causes the over speed to be unable to produce. Therefore, the number of swings of the broken wall has a certain restrictive effect on the increase in productivity.

Length of parallel crushing area

The parallel crushing area is a guaranteed area for the uniform particle size of the cone crusher. The crushing capacity is related to the thickness of the material layer in the parallel zone. The thickness of the material layer is also directly related to the size of the discharge port. The increase in the length of the parallel zone is beneficial to the control of particle size, but the discharge capacity is relatively reduced. The length of the parallel zone is reduced, which is conducive to the discharge of materials, but the particle size of the crushed ore is not easy to guarantee.

At the same time, because the productivity of the crusher is mainly related to factors such as the nature of the rock material, the performance and specifications of the machine, and the operating conditions of the crusher. In addition, it is also related to the configuration of the crusher in the production process. Therefore, under the condition that other conditions remain unchanged, adjusting the size of the discharge port of the cone crusher will change the productivity of the crusher.

Working pressure angle

The angle between the conecave and the mantle of the cone crusher is called the working pressure angle. The working pressure angle is generally 22-23°, and the maximum is 27°.

The shape of the crushing cavity from the feed port to the discharge port is affected by the working pressure angle and at the same time restricted by the height of the crusher. The relative change of the cavity volume of the crusher has a certain impact on the crushing efficiency.

Theoretically, if the working pressure angle is too large, the material will easily slip in the crushing cavity, reducing the production capacity. At the same time, the wear of the liner and the power consumption are increased. If the working pressure angle is too small, the crushing cavity will be too small. The amount of material contained is relatively reduced, which has an impact on production. At the same time, the manufacturing cost of the equipment and the height of the machine are increased.
