- The gap between the counterattack plate and the blow bar should be gradually adjusted according to the work needs. What’s more, after adjustment, use your hands to turn the rotor several times to check for impact. After adjustment, the sleeve nut should be tightened. In order to prevent the impact plate by vibration, nut loose and gradually decline and plate hammer collision, resulting in accidents.

The maintenance notes
- Routine inspections should be made frequently during the operation of the impact crusher. When abnormal noise is found or the bearing temperature is higher than 70°C. The machine should be shut down immediately for inspection. After the fault is eliminated in time, the machine can be turned on again.
- Feeding can only be done after the machine is running normally. Feeding must be even, and it also should prevent from being mixed with iron blocks and hard objects. Feeding must be stopped before the shutdown. And the motor will be stopped after the material is broken during the shutdown.

- After the impact crusher is overhauled or adjusted, the rotor should be manually rotated. Make sure that the rotor has no friction or jamming on other parts and can rotate flexibly before starting the motor.
- Check regularly whether the seal of the bearing seat is in good condition. Grease in the bearing seat should be filled once a month. Clean the oil and replace the linoleum every three months.
- In order to ensure the safety of operators and equipment, repairs, adjustments and clean-ups are forbidden while the machine is in operation.
